"I don't know if you want more testimonials but I just had to let you know my experience with your manual.My daughter's Play Station has been not working since Christmas when one of the kids tripped on the cord for DDR and the PS2 came crashing down to the floor. "I just wanted to send you this e-mail to say thank you. For about $10.00, I was able to fix my PS2, all by myself. I was a little nervous about taking it apart because I'm not trained to work on electronics (or anything else for that matter), I'm a Paralegal. Also, the sticker on the back of the machine states that the warranty is void if you open it, but what other choice do you have, wait 2 months to send it in and then get it back and oh, by the way, pay a fee to get it fixed.
